How To: Easter Gifting and Entertaining

Hi y’all! Easter is coming early this year, so today I’m sharing some tips and tricks for gifting and entertaining!

Creating a beautiful tablescape is the perfect way to set the mood for your guests. Add a burst of color or sweet garden designs to your table with drinkware and dinnerware. These World Market glasses would be perfect and make a darling gift.

Bring elevated, homey charm to your table with neutral serveware. If you use a lot of color and patterns in your drink and dinnerware, offset it with something simpler or vice versa. Pottery Barn makes beautiful reactive-glaze pieces. Or, if you’re attending an Easter get-together, bring the host a serving set as a gift.

Tie your tablescape together with a table runner. Anthropologie makes bright tablecloths for all your spring activities and neutral ones that you can use year-round.

What are your Easter lunch/dinner staples? Here’s a round-up of recipes I found that would make for a delicious Easter menu:

Candles can lend everyday elegance to a living space, making the perfect gift for the scent-obsessed. Here’s a tip: When you first light your candle, let it burn until the wax pool melts to the edge. Wax has “memory,” so extinguishing it with a partial pool will prevent a whole, even pool from forming in the future.

Create delicious Easter baskets with colorful candy. Sugarfina makes the sweetest seasonal treats, like chocolate eggs, baby butterflies, and sour rainbows.

If you’re shopping for children’s Easter baskets, I highly recommend Jellycat stuffed animals. They are adorable and would make the cutest Easter gift. My personal favorite is the blossom bunny.

Whether you’re hosting or attending this year, get creative, have fun, and enjoy celebrating the spirit of Easter with loved ones!
